House prices rose again in October but at the slightly slower pace of 0.4%, Nationwide has revealed.

Housing minister John Healey has given the go ahead to 115 stalled housing schemes to receive Kickstart funding allowing developers to resume building, which takes the total number of Kickstart schemes announced to date to 152.
