HBF POLICY CONFERENCE - THURSDAY MARCH 27th
ONE WIMPOLE STREET, LONDON.
With the government putting the delivery of 1.5 million new homes in this parliament at the top of its agenda, the HBF Policy Conference will examine the political and economic landscape for the industry and the challenges ahead in the quest to deliver these homes.
The HBF Policy Conference will analyse the market, discuss mortgages and finance, examine structural changes in the corporate aspect of the industry, look at government policy, assess ideas to improve planning as well as explore the challenges of skills, resources, materials and innovation. In addition there will be insights into the environmental, sustainability and quality issues and discussion on how innovation and excellence will help on the road to net zero.
The conference will be chaired by journalist and broadcaster John Pienaar with confirmed speakers including Zoopla director Richard Donnell; Esther Dijkstra, managing director, intermediaries, Lloyds; Lucian Cook, head of residential research at Savills and Emily Williams, director of residential research at Savills; and New Homes Quality Board ceo Emma Toms.
HBF executive chairman Stewart Baseley and HBF ceo Neil Jefferson will provide an overview of the challenges facing the industry.
The HBF Policy Conference will be held on Thursday March 27th at One Wimpole Street in London.
