Originally developed by the Shaker religious sect, the style enveloped the principals of simplicity, utility and honesty, establishing itself over the ensuing decades as a door solid in construction, whilst maintaining its minimalist design. Since its inception the classic Shaker door has never lost its appeal, with Retro trends becoming highly fashionable demonstrated by the growth market for refurbishment projects, protecting a property’s original features. This new door design incorporates real American White Oak Veneers and is available unfinished ready for painting or staining.
