Without the need to redecorate, replace carpets or skirting, five Iconic Intelligent Doorsets have been fitted in just one working day into a prestigious, traditional-style prpoerty in rural Essex. With a brief to replace existing, poor quality doors with the minimum of disruption to the decor and structure - not to mention a busy, working family - the makeover to the ground floor rooms took just eight working hours by an experienced carpenter.
Iconic doorsets are made from engineered, 100% FSC Pure certified solid timber that achieves enhanced durability. strength and stability, and results in a superbly finished appearance. The timber is specially treated to reproduce the beautiful rich, deep colours of traditional hardwood without the use of these increasingly rare natural resources. The bespoke colour matching service replicates exact timber finishes and in this Essex project, a perfect mahogany appearance has been achieved on the imposing Venezia doorsets, one of five door design groups in the Iconic range.
