How ESC Works

Wondrwall ESC enables housebuilders to install in-roof solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging technology with no upfront cost. Hardware costs are then linked to the property and recovered from homeowners through a fixed annual service charge.

The service charge includes maintenance, energy management services, and free hardware upgrades. So, homeowners not only achieve savings on their annual energy bills, exceeding their ESC charges, but also enjoy peace of mind without the green premium and risks associated with ownership.
