Our award-winning Home Energy Management System integrates Home Automation and Low-Carbon Technology, including Gas-Free Heating, Hot Water, Solar PV, Battery Storage, and EV Charging, to maximise carbon and cost efficiencies with minimal user interaction.

Wondrwall gives the home a ‘brain’ and the ability to control itself, but at the heart of each home is the Wondrwall Light Switch. Each switch has 13 built-in sensors that detect motion, temperature, luminosity, humidity, touch, and sound. Artificial intelligence is used to analyse over 20,000 data points, including data from the switches and external sources of information, to optimise each home’s performance.

In March 2024, we launched Wondrwall Energy Service Contracts (ESC), a funded solution that enables housebuilders to install Solar PV, Battery Storage, and EV Chargers for free, helping to reduce the premium associated with building energy-efficient homes.

Instead, technology costs are attached to the property with a fixed-price annual service charge. This includes no upfront fees, energy management, maintenance, free hardware upgrades, and the opportunity to significantly reduce the homeowner’s energy bills with expected annual energy savings that exceed the ESC service charge.
