Westpoint Homes, one of Scotland’s most highly regarded housing developers, have recently specified Tobermore paving and walling products at their Thorngrove Park development in Glasgow. The impressive development is comprised of 25 beautiful homes and is set within the conservation area of Bearsden. Following the success of previous projects with Tobermore, the housebuilder’s decision to specify their paving and walling products was very easy. Evan McKinnon, Commercial Manager at Westpoint Homes, said: “We had no hesitation in specifying Tobermore products once more, due to the undeniable product quality, stunning aesthetic appeal and superior performance over time.” The entire hard landscape at Thorngrove Park was created with Tobermore products – from the aged, antique finishes of Tegula and Retro block paving in the soft, blended tones of Bracken and Riven Flags in subtle Charcoal, to the more modern, smooth finishes of Shannon block paving, also in Bracken. Hydropave Tegula and Hydropave Shannon permeable paving was also specified to serve as an effective infiltration method for rainwater run-off.
