Neaco’s range of modular balconies combines attractive contemporary style with exceptional durability and fully tested compliance with Building Regulations.
Comprising a range of precision-engineered modular components, the glass-panelled designs feature top rails and stanchions in aluminium finished in a wide choice of powder-coated colours. The coating is non-chip and rust-free, providing permanent aesthetic quality and maintenance-free use. Toughened glass panels maximise sunlight penetration and provide an unobstructed view out. The balconies also include Neaco’s Neatdek aluminium decking with an anti-slip surface and a Euroclass A1 or A2 fire safety rating.
With all components manufactured in Neaco’s factory for uniform quality, the modular systems are assembled prior to delivery, providing fast installation and minimal site disruption. Components are connected internally for a tamper-free solution. A2 Fire Rated and fully compliant with BS EN 13501-1, the standard balconies are independently tested to meet all regulatory standards, including the 2018 Building (Amendment) Regulations and the latest requirements for high-rise and higher-risk buildings under the Building Safety Act.
In accordance with BS 6180:1999, the balconies have been designed to meet the minimum horizontal imposed loads stated in BS 6399: part 1:1996 for occupancy A, B, E and C3. Each balcony has a design life of 60+ years and comes with Neaco’s 25 Year Warranty.
With in-house design and manufacturing capability, Neaco is also able to supply bespoke balcony and balustrade solutions with a range of alternative infills and materials, including stainless steel balustrade, tension wire, railing and perforated panels.
