Marley has added to its low pitch roofing range with a new concrete interlocking tile, that can be used down to a minimum pitch of just 12.5 degrees.
The new Mendip 12.5 has the same double pan design as the original concrete tile, but includes innovative features to ensure it can be used at a lower pitch.
With its double pantile design with elegant flowing lines, the Mendip 12.5 offers housebuilders instant visual appeal coupled with exceptional strength.
Designed for housebuilders with single storey extension or refurbishment projects in mind, the Mendip 12.5 has four weatherproofing channels at the face of the tile to prevent water ingress from wind driven rain. To make it even more watertight, the tile has no nail hole and is instead installed with its own Mendip clip.
And for developments where roof pitches may vary such as gambrel, mansard and bonnet roofs, the Mendip 12.5 offers housebuilders a flexible option.
