The 2000mm long JP Concrete units, which also offered a better price option, have formed the retaining wall at the much sought-after Oaklands Rise collection of 4 & 5 bedroom executive homes in Rawtenstall, Lancashire, built on a very steep location close to the iconic Ski Rossendale attraction.
At a site where typical full loads cannot gain access, JP Concrete’s detailed precast solution for large modular panels (rather than bolt-down designs) further reduced installation time and cost.

“The retaining wall has such a good finish that it looks better than many boundary fences”.

Access restrictions didn’t faze them at all. The new precast panels flew in. Ten days installation instead of five weeks has been a big benefit to us”.
