Egger Protects Builders
New research and rigorous testing of EGGER Protect has shown that the market-leading structural flooring board can remain exposed to the elements for 60 days, giving UK house builders added peace of mind when dealing with unforeseen delays.
The extended guarantee is a substantial increase on the previously cited 42 days and unrivalled in the industry, making EGGER Protect the only structural chipboard flooring on the market which, once laid, can be exposed to the British weather for up to 60 days.
EGGER Protect is manufactured from the company’s P5 flooring grade particleboard with a permanent weather resistant surface layer applied to both sides. As well as the 60 day protection, the board has a hard-wearing, anti-slip surface and can be installed in light rain conditions.
