A new system from Saint Gobain Interior Solutions

British Gypsum and Isover, two of the companies that form Saint Gobain Interior Solutions, have combined their technical knowhow to launch GypLyner Xternal, a ‘through-wall’ solution for non-loadbearing steel framed infill systems (SFS).

Incorporating key products from both brands, the system provides through-wall performance and internal protection for new mid-rise and high-rise residential construction.

There are 20 different specifications of GypLyner Xternal tested on Hadley SFS components, providing up to 120 minutes’ fire resistance, as well a variety of thermal and acoustic performances. Support is also available for other steel frame suppliers.
