Whilst the High Street banks continue to be restrictive in granting adequate levels of development loan, we are able to quickly and efficiently organise finance for good housing developments, apartments, conversions and refurbishments. Agreed facilities will generally range from 50% to 90% of all site and build costs, including professional fees. In a few cases finance up to 100% of costs may be possible on a profit sharing basis.
