Vicky Evans

Vicky is a Chartered Town Planner with experience working on a wide range of complex planning and housing projects for both public and private sector clients. Based in Nottingham, Vicky is currently leading a Masterplan at the HS2 East Midlands Hub where c.5,000 homes are planned. She is also part of the team working on the Strategic and Economic Case for the East Midlands Development Corporation, a body planned to speed up delivery of housing, jobs and infrastructure. Vicky also led a series of technical studies supporting the roll out of the Homes England Accelerated Construction Programme. As the Residential Business Leader for Arup in the UK, Middle East, India and Africa region, Vicky oversees a multidisciplinary business. She leads a dynamic housing research team, internally funded by Arup. Recent themes of interest include affordable housing, co-living and the interface between MMC and the planning system.
