Tim Hartwell

Tim's current role is Group Architectural Manager at Miller Homes, which involves managing the central design and technical function.

His responsibilities include designing, maintaining and controlling the Group house type portfolios, any standard detailing that is required and the standard construction specifications for the Miller Homes business.

He has over 18 years of experience as an Architectural Technician within the construction industry, of which 7 have been within the house building sector.

Tim has played a key role in the implementation of BIM within Miller Homes and is keen to improve these processes to gain further benefits and efficiencies for the business.
