Steve Evans

As Head of Technical Operations, Steve leads NHBC’s Multi-Disciplinary Technical Teams across the UK including the Major Projects Teams based in London. A building control professional by discipline, Steve joined NHBC in 2010 and has since widened his experience to encompass NHBCs wide range of influence.

Steve is a Past Chairman of Building Control Alliance (BCA) and the BCA Technical Group which works across the building control industry in aligning technical policy and interpretation of the building regulations.

Steve makes regular contributions to industry publications and is also a member of several DLUHC working groups and other industry bodies working to drive improvements and raise standards across the industry.
