Sioned Davies

Sioned is a planning & environmental barrister at No5 Chambers. She regularly advises developers (residential, commercial and energy, minerals) as well as local authorities, interested parties, and the Welsh Ministers. She has a particular interest and experience in residential work and regularly provides advice, and appears in hearings, concerning all types of housing in England and Wales.

Sioned has recently placed 4 ^th in Planning Magazine’s highest-rated Junior Barristers under 35 and is also ranked in the top 20 for both residential (juniors) and commercial work (all barristers including KCs).
