Nick Scregg

Nick Scregg has over 30 years experience working in planning and the development industry.

As Divisional Managing Director Persimmon Special Projects, Nick is responsible for the identification, promotion, planning, project management and implementation of large scale housing and mixed use schemes, urban regeneration schemes and major infrastructure projects.

With over 20 years experience working in the residential development industry at senior level including Land and Planning Director Charles Church Developments Plc, Planning and Development Consultancy, Managing Director Elvetham Heath Developments (Beazer Homes).

Nick is also a Member of the HBF Cumulative Burden Group and industry representative on issues affecting the housebuilding industry.
