Mark Roberts

Mark Roberts is the Director of Barton Willmore’s Cardiff Office, which is the

largest independent planning and design consultancy in the UK. Mark has over 20 years’

experience which includes both public sector and

private consultancy experience in Wales. He currently acts on behalf of a range of

clients promoting residential, retail and commercial developments through the

planning system across Wales and the South West of England.
