Mark has over 25 years’ experience as a planning consultant in Wales

and England, in both public and private sectors. His work spans the broad

development sectors of health, education, energy, residential, retail, and

mixed-use. He has an enviable record of success in steering complicated

schemes through difficult planning processes and delivering significant

development projects.


He advises through all stages of the planning process from strategic site

analysis, through pre-application design and engagement, the formal

planning process, and post-planning permission. He provides strategic

thinking to cut through often very complicated development scenarios.

His specialist knowledge includes heritage, environmental impact

assessment, community engagement, common land, and rights of way.

He merges clear thinking and communication with innovative practice to

provide solutions for our clients that reduce risk and create opportunities.
