Liza’s role as Apprenticeship Manager at Crest Nicholson is to oversee the attraction, development and retention of Apprentices and Trainee Site Managers for the Group and ensure the skills and career development offer for these emerging talent programmes are industry leading.

Proud to be part of the team who won the Housebuilder Awards 2017 Training Initiative for the Crest Nicholson Site Management Academy Programme.

Liza has spent all her working career in developing and engaging with emerging talent programmes from previously developing a national undergraduate sponsorship programme to embedding construction qualifications for students in compulsory education.   Working in the construction sector encouraging bright, enthusiastic and capable young people to join our talent pool has been a theme throughout her working career!

Living in East Sussex with three children, she likes to look at innovative ideas and concepts.  Enjoying spending time with family, horse riding and walking her dogs consumes all spare time outside of work.
