Linda Elberts

Linda Elberts is the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Business Partner for NHBC. She is an award-winning DEI leader known for her values-driven, engaging and passionate approach to promoting fairness and inclusion in the workplace.

Linda has a proven track record of delivering strategic DEI initiatives and campaigns that support business goals while creating an environment where employees feel valued, included and empowered.

She holds a First-Class BA (Hons) in Business Studies, a CMI Level 7 qualification in Strategic Approaches to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and is a member of the Institute of Equality & Diversity Practitioners. With a background in business strategy and data analysis, Linda has spent the past six years specialising as a DEI expert.
