Huw Edwards

Huw became a Partner at Barton Willmore in April 2008.  He has wide ranging involvement as lead consultant in major mixed-use, housing, and strategic developments on behalf of prominent developers, housebuilders and landowners.  Based in Ebbsfleet (first 21 ^st Century) Garden City, Huw is also heavily involved in several Garden Village/City proposals in conjunction with major developers and LPAs.

Experience includes appearance as Expert Witness at Public Examinations, Local Plan Inquiries, the Court of Appeal; major planning applications including Environmental Assessment; Direct Instruction of Counsel; 5-year housing land supply arguments; financial viability justification and attendance at major S78 Inquiries.
