Gráinne Gilmore

Gráinne has been a housing market specialist for two decades, starting as a finance writer and then economics correspondent at The Times.

She moved from the newsroom to join Knight Frank’s Research team in 2011, where she led a sizeable team focusing on all aspects of UK residential, residential development and the specialist BTR, student and later living housing sectors. After two years as Head of Research at Zoopla between 2020 and 2022, she moved to her current role as Director of Research & Insight at Cluttons, where she focuses on all real assets - residential property, commercial real estate and digital and energy infrastructure.

Gráinne is a frequent commentator on the property market, and often asked to discuss the latest trends in the press and on broadcast media.
