Dave Palmer

Dave Palmer is National Affordable Housing Programme Manager for Westbury Partnerships - Projects, which is the affordable housing division of Persimmon, one of the leading house-builders in Britain and a FTSE 100 company.

This small team focussed on collaborative working with public sector organisations such as Housing Associations, Local Authorities, English Partnerships and Regeneration Organisations for the building of new sustainable communities and more Affordable Housing. He is responsible to the Housing Corporation, for all work the Persimmon Group (Persimmon Homes, Charles Church and Westbury Partnerships) undertake on the National Affordable Housing Programme.

Prior to taking up this role with Westbury Partnerships in Jan 2008, Dave Palmer was Development and Asset Manager with Marches Housing Association (part of the Jephson Housing Group) for the previous three years.

Dave is no regular housebuilder, Architect by profession, having held senior management and board positions, for over 20 years, prior to joining Westbury, with various Housing Associations and Local Authorities, primarily helping them build and maintain their Affordable Housing.
