Claire has considerable experience in all aspects of planning and environmental matters relating to a wide range of sectors, most notably in real estate development, retail, maritime, manufacturing and waste management. Her clients benefit from the breadth of her experience and the in-depth insight she brings to the broad range of issues they face including Section 106 obligations, biodiversity net gain, environmental protection, net zero and evolving environmental targets. While Claire understands that all clients, irrespective of sector, are facing similar issues and choices about future development activity, she also recognises that they all have their own unique aspirations and challenges to meet, and adapts her approach accordingly.
