Bruce Manning studied for an OND in Business and Finance at Bromley Technical College and when he completed the course it was known as a B/TEC Diploma. He left College 40 years ago and then worked as a Specification Manager for a specialist pumped packaged plumbing manufacturer, supplying specialist equipment to many sites that were being redeveloped in London’s Docklands, including Butler’s Wharf and Chelsea Harbour.
During his career Bruce has worked for many blue-chip companies, selling technical specification benefits to Developers of Unvented Hot Water Systems, Boilers, Radiators, Underfloor Heating, plastic plumbing and clay and plastic drainage for IMI, Baxi, Megaflo Stelrad. Latterly he also had a period selling aluminum bi fold doors and windows alongside UPVC window products to National and Regional builders. He also had responsibility for putting in place National Commercial / Specification Agreements.
Bruce joined A Proctor Group nearly two years ago to promote our range of building, roof, wall, ground gas membranes and acoustic flooring, and puts together cost effective commercial and technical partnership agreements with Developers on a national basis. He has always been involved with developers and builders and supporting their trade associations with technical support.
