Ashley Lane

Ashley Lane is Director of Westbury Partnerships and Head of Westbury Projects, which is the affordable housing division of Persimmon, one of the leading housebuilders in Britain and a FTSE 100 company. He is responsible for all projects for Westbury, focussed on collaborative working with public sector organisations such as Housing Associations, Local Authorities, English Partnerships and Regeneration Organisations for the building of new sustainable communities. He is also responsible for all the Persimmon group work on the Housing Corporation National Affordable Housing Programme.

Prior to taking up this role with Westbury Partnerships in 2003, Ashley Lane was Group Technical Director with Westbury Homes for the previous four years. Ashley is no regular housebuilder having held senior management and board positions for close on 20 years prior to joining Westbury with various manufacturing companies, (Aga, Potterton, Leisure and Rangemaster), who all supply the housing industry.
