Andy Mullins

Having left school at 16 to progress a life long desire to become a carpenter and joiner I swiftly progressed through the ranks at Bovis Construction Ltd and left them 18 years later as a Senior Project Manager, having been responsible either as a team member or as the  Project Director on a number of large landmark developments around the South East. These included the re-development of Broadgate (the largest development in Europe during the mid 80's), Channel 4's new headquarters, Flagship retail stores, High value fit out contracts and Broadcasting studios for BBC.

From 1997 through to 2008 I worked for Housebuilder / developer organisations. These included Construction Director for Berkeley Homes and Gladedale Homes and Operations Director for Mizen Properties.

Following a short spell (cut rather short by the recession) in Dubai working for a large multi national civil engineering contractor, I joined NHBC as Head of Inspection South. Inspection South is one of three inspection regions (the others being North and West & Wales) and includes  some 18 counties including London, stretching from the south coast of England up to Yorkshire. The inspection service provided over half a million inspections for house-builders during 2010.
