Andy Dean

Andy Dean is the Head of Housing and Sustainability at Lloyds Banking Group, leading a team that supports new build developers, brokers, and trade bodies. His leadership supports Lloyds' mission to deliver affordable and sustainable homes across the UK.

Andy joined Lloyds in 2024 from Nationwide Building Society, where he spent 16 years in senior roles, most recently heading their intermediary support and new build proposition. Before that, he was a Business Development Manager at Advantage Home Loans.

With nearly 20 years in the mortgage sector, Andy is dedicated to advancing the new build and intermediary markets. He served as a Director on the Management Committee of the Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association (IMLA) from 2021 to 2024.

Andy lives on the South Coast with his wife and five children, enjoying cycling and the outdoors.
