United House Group has picked Rick de Blaby as its new group chief executive.The new recruit takes his post in August, at which point current ceo Jeffrey Adams will become group chairman. Rick de Blaby joins the housing specialist from MEPC, where he spent eight-and-a-half years as ceo.
