A new commercial property confidence monitor from Lloyds reveals that prospects for the housebuilding sector are the strongest of all. Property professionals responding to the survey are cautiously optimistic overall but 34% highlighted housebuilding prospects as the best, ahead of leisure, out-of-town retail and the office sector, which only received 3% support.
