Bellway says visitor levels and reservations continue to exceed expectations this year with demand during the spring selling season remaining "resilient." Over the period February 1 to May 31 2012, the housebuilder's private weekly sales rate rose 19% against the same period in 2011. Since its launch, the NewBuy mortgage scheme has contributed 90 reservations.
