Not entirely, unfortunately. Unless the boundaries of a property have been &“fixed&” pursuant to a special application made to the Land Registry under Rule 276, the red edging on the Land Registry filed plan is general only and can be amended if it is shown that the Land Registry survey was incorrect in any way.
