A new "procurement pack" designed to ease the process of delivering affordable housing though the Private Finance Initiative has been launched by housing minister Keith Hill. The pack provides step-by-step guidance to all stages of developing a housing PFI project, and includes standard documentation, aimed at reducing costs involved in the procurement process.
