Persimmon chairman resigns over pay plan

Nicholas Wrigley, chairman of Persimmon, is to resign from the business following concerns over the firm’s executive pay plan. Wrigley is leaving the volume housebuilder after acknowledging that its Long Term Incentive Plan, (2012 LTIP) introduced in 2012, could have included a cap.
