North west developer Time and Tide has submitted plans for a new landmark building in Manchester’s eastern gateway. The £63 million mixed-use Gravity development incorporates a 29-storey tower and a complementary six-storey building on the corner of Store Street and Great Ancoats Street. It will provide 330 residential units and more than 1,100sq m of retail and commercial space.
