After a string of profit warnings the construction group Mowlem have recruited Paul Mainwaring as its new finance director. Mainwaring, previously at logistics company TDG, replaces Gerald Brown whose departure was announced last week after Mowlem revealed it would have to write off a number of debts it believes will not be paid.
