Nationwide sees house price falls slowing

The rate of house price falls slowed in June, but prices are still 6.3% lower than this time last year, according to Nationwide’s monthly house price index. The figures revealed that house prices fell by 0.9% in June, an improvement on the fall rate of May, at 2.5%. But prices had still dropped by 7.3% from their peak last October. …
