Market hit by unemployment rise says RICS

The recovery of the housing market has slowed as financially stressed households increased supply according to a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) survey. RICS’s survey showed that prices were still on the increase but the proportion of surveyors reporting a rise was plus 13% in March compared with plus 16% in February.
