Willmott Dixon and Catalyst Housing Group are to build one of London’s first Code for Sustainable Homes level six projects. The standard for the 18 homes on Staines Road in Hounslow will be reached by photovoltaic panels, a biomass plant and rainwater harvesting as well as “super insulation.” Building begins in July.
