A Lend Lease consortium, including First Base, East Thames Group and Crosby Homes, has won the competition to build the Olympic village. The team is now in talks with the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) and London & Continental Railways, the landowner, regarding its plans for zones two to seven of the Stratford City development, which include the village.
