The Greenhouse, a residential one, two and threebedroom apartment scheme in Leeds, is a pioneering low carbon development which, when completed in the first quarter of 2010, will use less energy than it creates thanks to a combination of green technologies and an off-site wind turbine that developer Citu is looking to install.
