Land values falling sharper than housing market – Savills

Residential land values are falling at a steeper rate than the housing market, a Savills survey has revealed. According to the estate agent’s research, greenfield values dropped 22.5% in the first half of 2008, with the value of brownfield sites down 19.8%.
