Crest Nicholson’s Port Marine development in Portishead is one of 11 schemes that have been recognised under a new joint HBF and Princes Foundation for the Built Environment design initiative. The scheme champions developments that enhance residents’ quality of life and achieve distinctive local character through “traditional design elements,” such as walkable amenities and attractive public spaces.
