Industry reacts to BoE 1.5% rate cut

The Home Builders Federation (HBF) has welcomed the Bank of England’s decision to cut interest rates by 1.5%, bringing them down to 3%. Stewart Baseley, executive chairman of the HBF, commented that the Bank’s move was “bold” and served as recognition of the unprecedented economic situation.
