Housing minister John Healey and shadow housing spokesman Grant Shapps will both speak at the annual Housing Market Intelligence conference at Savoy Place in London on Tuesday October 13. They will join a powerful line up of speakers which also includes Homes and Communities Agency ceo Sir Bob Kerslake and Council of Mortgage Lenders director general Michael Coogan.
