House prices rise 0.3% - Hometrack

House prices in England and Wales rose 0.3% in July, according to Hometrack’s latest national housing survey. The rise, led by London, is slightly down on the 0.4% increases seen in June and May. New buyer registrations – up 1% in July –dropped slightly against the 1.6% and 2.5% rises seen in June and May respectively, driven by “seasonal factors” …
