House prices dip 0.1% - Hometrack

House prices dipped 0.1% in March, according to Hometrack’s latest monthly survey. The average price of a home in England and Wales is now £153,100. The year-on-year growth rate stands at -3.2% and Hometrack said that prices were down across 27% of the country.
