House prices continue to rise - Nationwide

House prices rose 1.3% in July, according to Nationwide’s house price index. This is the third consecutive rise that Nationwide has recorded, and the three-month rate of change is at its highest level since February 2007, increasing from 1% in June to 2.6% in July.
